Despite the deteriorated condition and financial complications of this property when we purchased it, we were able to guide this 13,000 SF warehouse in Maspeth, NY in a positive direction for us, the previous owner and the new tenant.  The strategy we implemented with the tenant enabled them to comfortably utilize the warehouse we designed and remodeled for their success.
